Established personal injury law firm seeks to hire a Case Manager/Paralegal for one of the firm’s partners. This position requires a proactive personality with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment. This position requires in-office attendance with some consideration for the ability to work remote occasionally. Minimum of two years prior legal experience required. Experience in Needles and/or Smart Advocate CMS is a plus.
Our ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills (written and verbal), has some experience in personal injury law, and demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
Duties include:
Scheduling doctor’s appointments and client travel;
Drafting correspondence/discovery;
Data input for Needles and/or Smart Advocate CMS;
Medical and billing summaries;
Ordering records;
Extensive client contact; and
File organization – scanning/filing;
