Well established legal practice based in Kloof is seeking a polished and professional Newly Admitted Attorneys to join their Real Estate Mortgage Bond Department supporting a London-based practice.
Minimum Requirements:
LLB Degree essential
BCom LLB highly advantageous
Admitted Attorney
Minimum 1+ years’ experience within Conveyancing and Mortgage Bonds
Experience with in a large legal practice preferred
Strong exposure to mortgage bonds and property-related transactions
Professional, polished and client-centric presentation
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work accurately within strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Duties Include:
Assisting with mortgage bond and conveyancing transactions
Drafting and managing legal documentation
Liaising with clients and stakeholders locally and internationally
Managing transactional and administrative processes
Ensuring accurate and efficient matter management
General legal and conveyancing support
