Job Summary
Paralegal- Commercial Real Estate – Fort Lauderdale
Reputable law firm looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our Fort Lauderdale team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage commercial and residential real estate closings from start to finish.
· Coordinate title searches, surveys, lien resolutions, and other necessary due diligence.
· Prepare and review closing documents and statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Address title issues, assist clients with documents, and liaise with lenders and other parties.
· Draft legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and loan paperwork.
· Ensure compliance with deadlines and handle post-closing procedures.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably in a law firm setting.
· In-depth knowledge of title work, surveys, commercial leases, and related real estate documents.
· Proficient in legal software
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Education:
