Location/Schedule: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $200k (plus performance bonuses)
Practice: Insurance Defense – General liability, premises liability, auto, trucking, and complex casualty defense for insurers and corporate clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defend insureds in general liability, premises liability, auto, trucking, and complex casualty matters.
- Manage litigation from initial investigation through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
- Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate closely with clients and partners to develop effective defense strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with increasing autonomy as you progress.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active FL bar.
- 4–8 years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience with strong writing and advocacy skills.
