Base Salary: Up to $175k
Bonus Potential: Up to an additional $45,000 annually
Practice: Insurance Defense focused on catastrophic injury, general liability, premises liability, products liability, and complex casualty matters for national insurers and corporate clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defend insurers and corporate clients in catastrophic injury, general liability, premises, and complex casualty cases.
- Manage the full case lifecycle including investigation, discovery, depositions, expert coordination, mediation, and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and strategic motions.
- Work closely with partners on case valuation, strategy, and client counseling.
- Assume increasing responsibility for files.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active GA bar.
- 3–7+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience.
