The Role
- Litigation Management: Take an active role in all stages of Employment litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation, representing clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes.
- Courtroom Advocacy: Appear in state and federal courts across South Florida; managing hearings, depositions, and motions.
- Client Collaboration: Advise clients on complex employment law matters, providing strategic solutions tailored to their needs.
- Trial Preparation: Assist in developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial teams in high-stakes cases.
