Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated Legal Researcher to join our legal team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a vital role in conducting comprehensive legal research, monitoring legislative developments, analysing judicial precedents, and supporting advocates with high-quality legal memoranda and case preparation.

This position is ideal for a professional who possesses exceptional research capabilities, strong legal writing skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE legal framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research on UAE Federal Laws, Emirate-level legislation, regulations, and judicial precedents.

• Research comparative legal systems and international legal principles where required.

• Prepare comprehensive legal opinions, research reports, memoranda, and briefing notes.

• Analyze legislation, court judgments, ministerial resolutions, and regulatory updates.

• Support lawyers in litigation, arbitration, corporate, commercial, labor, real estate, and civil matters.

• Monitor legal developments and provide timely updates affecting clients and the firm's practice areas.

• Assist in drafting legal documents, submissions, and internal knowledge materials.

• Maintain and organize legal databases, research records, and case law archives.

• Verify legal citations and ensure accuracy in all legal documentation.

• Collaborate with advocates and legal consultants on complex legal matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.). Master's Degree (LL.M.) is an advantage.

• Minimum 2–5 years of legal research experience within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of UAE Federal Laws and local regulations.

• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to interpret legislation and judicial decisions accurately.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
