Attorneys work directly with the Managing Partner in a high-autonomy environment handling acquisitions, development, leasing, financing, and asset management across retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Key Duties:
- Negotiate and close commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development deals
- Draft and negotiate leases, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and reciprocal easement agreements
- Handle construction financing, build-to-suit transactions, and related development documentation
- Advise clients on structuring, due diligence, and risk allocation
- Manage deals from letter of intent through closing with meaningful independence
Requirements:
- JD and active Georgia bar
- 5–10+ years of strong commercial real estate transactional experience
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
