Base Salary: Up to $230k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Corporate Transactions – M&A, business sales, corporate governance, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory for established and growing companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support complex corporate transactions, including M&A, asset purchases, and joint ventures.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and day-to-day business matters.
- Conduct due diligence and manage deal closings.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active NJ bar (NY a plus).
- 3–8+ years of corporate transactional experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
