What you’ll work on:
✔ Advising banks, funds, and corporate clients on financing transactions (acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance)
✔ Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan agreements, security packages, and intercreditor agreements
✔ Supporting structured finance and cross-border banking transactions
✔ Assisting with due diligence and regulatory aspects of financing deals
✔ Working on corporate lending, refinancing, and capital structuring matters
Your profile:
🔹 Belgian law degree
🔹 0–5 years’ experience in Banking & Finance law (junior to mid-level)
🔹 First language: Dutch or French
