About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our growing legal team representing homeowners’ associations and condominium associations throughout Texas. This role focuses on delivering strategic legal guidance to association boards, managing compliance and governance matters, and supporting the full spectrum of community‑association operations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate or related practice areas and enjoys working directly with boards, property managers, and internal legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Advise homeowners’ and condominium associations on governance, compliance, and operational matters
- Draft, review, and interpret governing documents, policies, contracts, and board resolutions
- Provide legal guidance on enforcement actions, deed restriction issues, collections, elections, and board/owner meetings
- Represent associations in administrative proceedings and, when necessary, litigation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with board members, property managers, and internal stakeholders
- Stay current on Texas statutes and regulatory changes affecting community associations
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (in good standing)
- Five or more years of experience in real estate law or related practice areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and professionally
Pay: $125,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
