Role Description
We are seeking an Attorney-at-Law / Attorney to join our growing team and help establish and develop our Tallinn office.
This is a full-time position based in Tallinn. The successful candidate will advise clients across the firm’s practice areas, prepare and review legal documents, conduct legal research, represent clients in negotiations and proceedings, and contribute to the development of practical legal solutions for our clients.
You will work closely with colleagues in Tallinn, Rapla, and Pärnu while serving clients throughout Estonia.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Law.
- Licensed attorney or eligibility for admission to the Estonian Bar Association.
- Experience in civil, criminal and/or administrative law.
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide practical and business-oriented legal advice.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in Estonian and good command of English. Additional language skills (Russian, German, Finnish) are an advantage.
- High ethical standards, discretion, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently while being an active team member.
