Per Diem Attorney – NY No-Fault AAA Arbitration Hearings (Remote)
New York law firm is seeking an experienced Per Diem Attorney to represent medical providers/applicants in New York No-Fault AAA arbitration hearings.
This is a remote, per-diem/independent contractor position, with hearings conducted via Zoom on an as-needed basis. There is potential for consistent and ongoing hearing assignments for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Appear remotely for AAA New York No-Fault arbitration hearings
- Represent medical providers/applicants in No-Fault insurance disputes
- Review hearing materials and supporting documentation prior to appearances
- Present arguments and respond to defenses raised by insurance carriers
- Handle assigned matters professionally and independently
Qualifications
- Must be admitted to practice law in New York State
- Prior experience handling New York No-Fault insurance matters
- Prior experience appearing at AAA No-Fault arbitration hearings
- Experience representing medical providers/applicants is strongly preferred
- Strong oral advocacy, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to independently prepare for and handle remote arbitration appearances

Compensation
Compensation is per hearing and will be discussed based on experience and proposed rate.
