About the Job
The responsibilities of the Legal Operations Coordinator include working closely with members of the Hexure Legal team and outside commercial counsel, finance, sales, and other internal teams to manage a wide variety of legal technology tools and contracts, with a focus on improving and maintaining the Legal team’s internal processes and technology tools.

Deliverables and Performance Measures:
Provides regular updates across implementation Programs, stitching together interconnected workstreams to maintain effective internal and external reporting.
Owns daily / weekly internal and external Program communications
Serves as the interface between Hexure and Client stakeholders
Creates/maintains effective Program dashboard reporting to demonstrate health of the Program
Operate as a subject matter expert, understanding the full end-to-end requirements across the Program.
Leverages expertise to inform staffing decisions and resource allocation across the Program
Maintains a clear understanding, while informing others, of workstream hours consumed, where appropriate.
Define & document processes, drive continuous improvements, and support individual workstream leaders and project managers.
Establish Program playbook for future implementations of this magnitude.
Modify your approach to meet the Client’s objectives, while adhering to Hexure internal policies and procedures.
What You’ll Be Doing
Front line legal operational support for cross-functional business teams, including professional services and sales
Day to day legal support, including processing contracts through Hexure’s Ironclad instance, monitor shared email inboxes, respond to new contract requests
Process contracts for execution via Ironclad and DocuSign
Support Hexure’s internal teams in locating existing agreements and terms within those agreements
Provide contract administration and contract lifecycle management, including clean-up activities of legacy files and ongoing maintenance to ensure current and accurate metadata
Track and report on the operational performance of the Legal team and status of various contract requests
Support Legal team’s vendor management process, including review of new vendor requests, tracking of existing vendor compliance and contract end dates
Help identify and define continuous improvement efforts and assist with implementing changes to increase efficiency and scalability
Efficiently manage and track contracts, including approvals routing, signatures, and archiving
Coordinate with finance, security/compliance and other internal teams, and external parties for contract-related reviews
Triage and appropriately route requests for legal support from internal teams
Track contract end dates and notify stakeholders in advance
Assist in compiling department analytics and reporting on key metrics
Assist with ad hoc legal requests across various legal functions
Coordinate NDA requests, document proofing, intellectual property portfolio support
What will make you successful:
1-2 years’ experience with task automation platforms
Prior experience working in task automation platforms
Strong working knowledge of legal, business, finance, and accounting terminology
Experience working with CLM platform
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Expected hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday.
