2-3 years of experience in public finance law, with a focus on municipal bond transactions
Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
Experience drafting bond documents, official statements, and other disclosure materials
Familiarity with federal and state securities laws related to municipal finance
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
