The firm is now looking for new talent to join our consumer class action litigation practice.
Position Summary
Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP seeks an experienced Litigation Associate to join the firm in our New York, New York office. This role will draft pleadings and briefs, generate, and respond to discovery requests and actively engage in case management.
Required Education and Experience
- 2-6 years of consumer or class action litigation experience required.
- Admission in good standing to the New York State Bar
- Excellent legal research and written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with researching and drafting pleadings and briefs.
- Experience with drafting and responding to discovery requests.
- Experience preparing for taking and defending depositions.
- Excellent case and project management skills.
