Position: Attorney – Entry Level
Growing Tech Company in the Westside of Greater Cleveland has a need for a Staff Attorney. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.
Will consider someone with 0-2 years out of law school who has passed the bar exam.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues
Assist with corporate governance and compliance matters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management
Handle any other legal tasks and projects as assigned by senior attorneys
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar in [state]
0-2 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in legal research and writing
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the industry is a plus
