We are looking for a highly motivated Associate to join IT Disputes Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on various International Arbitration, Cross-border Litigation matters;
• Participate in local/regional/global projects as a member of the team;
• Representing clients before Ukrainian courts as well as arbitral tribunals;
• Legal research and analysis of Ukrainian and foreign case law;
• Contractual work, drafting and reviewing various documents and case submissions;
• Project/time management, supervision and mentoring junior members of the team;

Requirements

• Degree in Law from reputable Ukrainian university; LL.M. from foreign university will be considered as an advantage;
• 2+ years of relevant work experience at a reputable local or international law firm;
• Attorney-at-law certificate;
• Client-oriented approach and result-oriented personality;
• Participation in moot courts, passion for international/alternative dispute resolution;
• Excellent command in both Ukrainian and legal English (both verbal and writing);
• Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Databases and research tools;
• Strong time management and organizational skills, attention to details;
• Resilience and tenacity – able to remain effective and focused under pressure;
• Team player.
