We are seeking a legal administrative assistant for our Kissimmee office.
This job is for a full-time position beginning immediately. Experience in a law firm is a must. At least two years of recent legal experience is required. The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual with a professional appearance for our office to handle intake with new clients and assist with day-to-day office duties which primarily include: answering multi-line phones, billing, calling clients, scheduling appointments, and administrative work.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills (pleasant speaking voice), bilingual (Spanish is a MUST), great spelling capability, punctual, reliable, have superior organizational skills, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize, self-motivated, and trustworthy. This position requires the ability to think fast, communicate effectively, and give excellent customer service to our clients.
