Position: Associate Legal & Compliance

Salary: Up To 4.2 Lakh Per Annum
Key Responsibilities / KRA
- RBI/NBFC compliance and monitoring of applicable RBI regulations.
- Companies Act, 2013 and MCA/ROC compliance.
- Preparation and timely filing of applicable RBI returns.
- Assistance in Board and Committee meeting documentation.
- Maintenance of statutory registers and compliance records.
- Monitoring of regulatory updates and assisting in policy/SOP updates.
- Compliance tracking, MIS and follow-up of pending compliances.
- Support in audits, due diligence and regulatory queries.
- Assistance in routine legal, secretarial and corporate matters.
Candidate Profile
- Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS). ( minimum 2 groups of Professionals cleared. )
- Good knowledge of Companies Act and RBI/NBFC regulations.
- Strong drafting, documentation and compliance-tracking skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
