Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in trials, hearings, and mediations
• Manage litigation files from inception to resolution
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents
• Analyze large volumes of information for advocacy
• Collaborate with teams to innovate case strategies
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) required
• Bar member in good standing or eligible for transfer
• Proven ability to handle a caseload efficiently
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Client-focused interpersonal skills, bilingual preferred
