We are a boutique law firm based in Bucharest, specialised in commercial law matters. We are growing our team, opening positions for three associate lawyers experienced in the following areas:
Corporate & Commercial: 2-6 years of experience
Real Estate & Energy: 4-7 years of experience
Banking & Finance: 1-4 years of experience

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Associate Lawyers based in Bucharest. The Associate Lawyers will be responsible for case analysis, legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice to clients. The responsibilities will include, on a case-by-case basis (depending on the position):
- Drafting and reviewing core corporate documents, including share/asset purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and ancillary transaction documents;
- Supporting end-to-end M&A processes: due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing;
- Advising on real estate and energy matters, including due diligence, acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations, development projects, regulatory aspects, and ancillary transaction documents;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts or finance documents;
- Provide legal advice on commercial matters related to clients’ day-to-day business.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in corporate and commercial law, with excellent drafting skills;
- Previous experience with sector-specific matters (e.g., technology, life sciences, financial services, energy, real estate, or other regulated industries) is highly desirable;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment;
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in an additional European language at business level is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent legal qualification; admission to the Bucharest Bar Association is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
