Ideal Candidate Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in patent and trade secrets litigation.
Hands-on experience with inter partes review (IPR) petitions (highly desirable).
A strong academic background with outstanding academic credentials

A degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (strongly preferred).
Admission to practice before the USPTO (preferred).
Admission to a relevant bar or eligibility for prompt admission.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a track record of high-level performance at a comparable law firm.
