Paralegal – Intellectual Property – Part-Time, Remote

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The focus of the firm is to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships through the creation of an exceptional client experience, in a culture oriented law firm. A polished, detail-oriented, highly responsive, proactive paralegal with a positive attitude is a must, as well as the below qualifications.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience as an IP paralegal, with a strong understanding of patent procedures;
Experience managing incoming filings and outgoing filings for foreign patents;
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Skilled and candid communicator with excellent attention to details;
You take ownership of your work product and the tasks assigned to you;
You are not afraid to ask questions in all gray areas so that your work product is pristine;
Ability to be flexible and work with shifting priorities;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
