About Us
We’re launching a bold new personal injury law firm under Arizona’s Alternative Business Structure (ABS) model — built for scale, powered by automation, and fueled by aggressive marketing. You won’t need to worry about lead generation, case intake, or operations — we’ll take care of it all. You’ll focus on practicing law and growing with us.
We’re looking for a licensed Arizona personal injury attorney to join as our Designated Principal for ABS licensing, take ownership of legal operations, and grow into an equity-holding partner in the firm.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the attorney of record and compliance lead for ABS application
Represent clients in personal injury matters (auto, slip & fall, etc.)
Evaluate liability in partnership with our investigation team
Guide legal strategy, settlement negotiations, and litigation
Collaborate on building firm procedures and scalable systems
What You’ll Get
$2,000–$3,000/month stipend during ramp-up phase
30% or more of contingency fees from your cases
10%–30% equity in the firm, based on experience & fit
Zero marketing responsibility — we handle branding, SEO, ads, and intake
Fully built tech stack: CRM, case management, phone/email, and automations
Who You Are
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
3+ years of experience in personal injury law preferred
Strong litigator and negotiator with excellent client skills
Entrepreneurial spirit — you want ownership, not just a paycheck
Open to flexible compensation during the startup phase
Comfortable in a remote or hybrid work setting
