RA & Associates, APR is a Personal Injury law firm in Glendale, CA, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to support our team in delivering top-tier legal services. This role is crucial to ensuring that clients receive the care and attention they need throughout their personal injury cases.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in personal injury case management, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake to preparing demands.
- Open and manage insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee clients’ medical care, maintaining proactive communication with clients and medical providers.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain both physical and electronic client files.
- Accurately input and update case information in the CasePeer database.
- Request and track police reports and other relevant case documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate medical appointments.
- Explain legal procedures and required documentation to clients with clarity and empathy.
- Continuously monitor case progress, review medical records, and prepare cases for demand submission.
Requirements:
- Required: 1+ year prior experience in personal injury case management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle frequent client interactions.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Preferred: Fluency in Spanish (bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with medical and insurance terminology.
- Experience with CasePeer or similar case management software.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
