Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in first party insurance law . This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to write clearly and persuasively, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. The Attorney will work in a collaborative environment within our law office, utilizing resources such as Westlaw for research and case preparation.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw and other resources to support case strategies.
Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.
Prepare for court appearances by organizing evidence and developing case strategies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress within the law office’s management system.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Requirements
Must have trial experience.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in first party insurance law.
Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual caseloads effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
