The Role The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload and advise on a full range of private client matters, including:
Wills, probate, and estate administration Trusts and estate planning Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners
Experience with deputyships and Court of Protection work would be an advantage, though not essential. You’ll be expected to manage your own files independently while working collaboratively as part of a supportive and experienced team.
