A boutique mortgage default law firm in Peachtree Corners, Georgia is seeking an entry level attorney to join its bankruptcy group. The right candidate will be a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while remaining focused and utilizing a high level of attention to detail. The chosen candidate will learn all there is to know about protecting creditor’s rights in Chapters 7 and 13 and will ultimately gain knowledge regarding Chapters 11 and 12 as well. Upon reaching an adequate level of experience, the chosen candidate will regularly attend hearings in Bankruptcy Court.

Candidate must, at a minimum, be scheduled to sit for the July 2025 Georgia Bar Exam.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in maintaining procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
Draft and review documents.
Attend hearings in Bankruptcy Courts.
