Duties:

Engage in litigation involving CC&R enforcement, breach of fiduciary duties, and personal injury claims.
Collaborate with clients to resolve architectural disputes and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct legal research and draft documents related to litigation and compliance.
Act as an advisor and advocate for community associations, ensuring their interests are protected.
Participate in the firm’s commitment to ongoing education and staying current with California laws affecting community associations.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
Community association law experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to legal practice.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in California.
Skills:
Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of community association law is beneficial but not required.
Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
