Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Newport Beach office team. The role will support multiple Senior Attorneys, Partners and Associates on trust litigation matters. Our paralegals provide support in the legal drafting of motions, petitions and pleadings; support legal research and discovery, e-filling and overall case management in alignment with our attorneys and legal assistants.
The ideal candidate is professional, patient, and enjoys helping people during difficult times. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting of legal documents for attorney review
- Legal research
- Discovery
- E-filling and service
- Case management to ensure statutory and legal compliance with deadlines, filings and client document handling and communication
- File management
- Align closely with each attorney and delegate/collaborate with the legal assistant role
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a litigation paralegal role (trust and estate or litigation experience a plus, but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and attorneys
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Work Location and Compensation
- The role is onsite minimum 4 days/week at the Newport Beach office, with 1 day as work from home allowed
- The role is hourly overtime eligible with standard work hours 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required with or without advance notice based on the urgent needs of litigation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour
