Minimum B.S. / B.A. / J.D. degree.
Must be currently licensed as an attorney, and obtain licensing in Nevada within 6 months.
Minimum 3 – 5 years practical experience in estate planning, estate administration, transactional corporate law, business planning, and/or tax planning, including drafting applicable business or estate planning documents.
Prefer, but do not require, tax background – CPA, LLM, etc.
