We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various areas of law. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Paid on-the-job training will be provided!
Duties
Provide legal advice to clients on a range of legal issues.
Conduct legal research using resources like Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
Prepare cases for litigation by gathering evidence and developing strategies.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California State Bar.
Excellent attention to detail.
Analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
