We’re hiring a medical malpractice paralegal.
Our firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our team, which has been representing injured clients since 1927. A minimum of three years experience as a paralegal handling personal injury matters is required. Previous experience handling medical malpractice matters is preferred. Responsibilities will include working with our attorneys in preparing various pleadings such as complaints and motions, managing all aspects of discovery, including expert correspondence and speaking with clients about their cases. Salary discussions will be commensurate with the applicant's experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
