Qualifications & Responsibilities
Licensed and in good standing with the OH Bar
1-3 years of litigation experience
Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and legal documents
Confident conducting depositions and courtroom examinations
Handle cases independently and collaboratively
Manage cases from initial filing through trial and potential appeal in state and federal courts
