Overview
Our growing practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our expanding bankruptcy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on sophisticated Chapter 11 matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Represent debtors, committees, and fiduciaries in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases
Assist with bankruptcy-related litigation matters, as needed
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting strict court and client deadlines
Utilize the CM/ECF e-filing system efficiently and accurately
Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law
Substantial experience with Chapter 11 cases (required)
Bankruptcy-related litigation experience is a strong plus
Admission to The Florida Bar is mandatory
Strong legal research and writing skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Team-oriented, collaborative, and positive attitude
Passion for helping people and delivering high-quality legal services
