Litigation Associate Attorney – Ganguly Brothers Misula PLLC

Ganguly Brothers Misula PLLC is a boutique litigation firm based in Rochester, New York, providing strategic and effective representation in a wide range of legal matters. We represent individuals and organizations in complex civil and criminal cases in both state and federal court, including commercial litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, and matrimonial disputes. Our clients include private individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, churches, and public entities such as local government.
We are seeking a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney who is committed to excellence in advocacy, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is ready to take on meaningful responsibilities from the outset.
Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court.
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, depositions, and trial preparation.
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on active litigation and contribute to firm-wide strategy.
Represent a diverse clientele including government agencies, community-based organizations, and faith-based institutions such as churches and non-profit corporations.
Qualifications:
Admission to practice in New York State (or eligible for prompt admission).
1–5 years of litigation experience preferred, though well-qualified recent graduates will be considered.
Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a varied caseload with independence, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $105,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
