Small but busy boutique litigation firm in Miami looking for a legal assistant/secretary to work full-time, in-person in the Brickell area. Qualified candidates should have law office experience and be self-starters and dependable. The job includes some telephone answering, state and federal court filing, and maintenance and updating of electronic client files. Candidate will act as the firm’s liaison with the property management office and will work work with the firm’s bookkeper with respect to the firm’s financials and billing. Experience with PC Law a plus.
