We are looking to expand our team by hiring a Plaintiff personal injury associate attorney who will work directly under partners, Megan and Nat Kiefer assisting on high value and complex litigation cases.
Job responsibilities will include primarily legal research and writing, motion practice, managing discovery, as well as assisting with trial and mediation preparation.
Our ideal candidate for this job has very strong legal research and writing capabilities and has Experience in Personal injury law or insurance defense work. A good fit for this position is a new attorney who is interested in learning injury litigation under the supervision of experienced attorneys from the perspective of the plaintiff as well as the defense side.

Salary depends on experience, but would also include a percentage attorney fee on cases you source – so a great opportunity to supplement a base salary if you have your own client base.
