Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda in bankruptcy and creditors rights matters.
Provide strategic advice on complex bankruptcy-related litigation and transactional issues.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

A minimum of 6 years of experience specializing in bankruptcy law.
Active Washington State license required.
Extensive knowledge of bankruptcy codes, procedures, and creditors rights.
Superior research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload.
