LITIGATION ATTORNEY– Join Our Growing Firm
Linde, Gould & Associates is a growing firm concentrating in wills, trusts, estates and guardianship administration and litigation. With offices in Fort Myers and Naples, Florida, we represent clients across Lee, Collier and surrounding counties. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney to join our team. For the right candidate, this position offers the potential to grow into a shareholder role in a thriving legal market.
The ideal candidate is looking to have their own practice and will eventually be taking over the practice of the senior shareholder.
Our ideal candidate is someone with connections to Southwest Floridaand has 2-5 years of litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze and Investigate litigation matters
· Develop legal arguments, including conducting caselaw research
· Participate in all phases of litigation, including arguing motions, depositions, and participating at trial
· Draft and review motions, briefs, and discovery documents
· Report to partners and clients on cases assigned
Requirements:
· 2-5 years litigation experience
· Strong desire to succeed
· Integrity and professionalism
· Excellent organizational skills
· Proactive and able to work independently
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Active Florida bar
License Benefits:
· Competitive compensation – salary will depend on experience (minimum salary $100k)
