Job Description
The Law Offices of Joseph W. Carroll, P.C., a statewide law firm, has an immediate opening for a full-time Associate Attorney with 0-5 years’ experience in its Sacramento office.
We are an unlawful detainer/real estate law firm that represents property owners, landlords, and property management companies throughout California.
You would be working with three other attorneys to receive guidance and development in this field.
Requirements:
Candidate must be licensed with the California State Bar.
Prior litigation experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent writing skills, reading comprehension, attention to detail, research using Westlaw, team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, drive to learn and grow, and strong work ethic are a must.
Benefits:
We have fair and achievable monthly billable hours. There is room for growth, earnings, and bonus potential.

Salary:
Starting salary is $120,000 but depends on experience.
Work Location:
Work location is in office/in person in Sacramento.
Our firm is conveniently located behind Loehmann’s Plaza close to several restaurants in Sacramento.
