Llanelli, Carmarthenshire £25,000 £ 30,000 DOE A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Llanelli is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Paralegal, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive practice with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services across West Wales. The successful candidate will support fee earners on a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
Key Responsibilities Experience advising clients and preparing Wills Assisting with the administration of estates from initial instruction through to completion Drafting wills, LPAs, and probate documentation Preparing applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties Managing files and maintaining accurate case records Supporting fee earners with inheritance tax documentation and estate accounts Providing professional and empathetic client care at all times Requirements Previous experience within a Wills & Probate or Private Client department Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication and client care abilities Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively Experience using case management systems would be advantageous A proactive and team-oriented approach Benefits Competitive salary dependent on experience Supportive and collaborative working environment Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Opportunity to work alongside experienced private client professionals Long-established and reputable local firm with strong community presence Clear opportunities for career progression within the firm This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal looking to further develop their career within a respected private client team.
