The McIlveen Family Law Firm is now hiring an Associate Attorney to practice family law in our Charlotte, NC office.
Qualifications:
Licensed in NC
Graduation from an accredited law school
Excellent academic record
Mock trial and/or in-courtroom experience
Family law experience preferred
The right person for this position is willing to work hard, has a great attitude, and a healthy work ethic. You must be willing to learn and work as a team member.
Responsibilities include going to trial, working with clients, attending mediation, drafting pleadings, and arguing motions.
To be successful, you need to be a people person with a friendly personality, as family law attorneys work closely with clients and other parties.
