Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid, in office and remote Associate Attorney role located in Reno and Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of employee-plaintiff litigation including but not limited to conducting legal research, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, representing clients in court, and other assigned duties. You will have extensive contact with our clients and defense counsel.
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school.
Admission to the State Bar in Nevada.
Strong research, analytical and writing skills.
Research and analysis and application of federal and state wage and hour and civil rights laws.
Ability and desire to take the lead of your cases and work independently, while valuing teamwork and support staff contributions.
Employment law experience not required; new Bar admittees encouraged to apply.
Spanish language a plus.
