What You’ll Do
· Handle a diverse caseload across all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances;
· Work closely with senior attorneys for strategic case development and trial preparation;
· Participate in client communications and contribute meaningfully to case outcomes; and
· Develop and hone your litigation skills through direct experience and mentoring.
Preferred Background
· Valid MN attorney license;
· Judicial clerkship or prior law clerk experience;
· Participation in a law school litigation or civil clinic; and
· Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, we offer a competitive performance-based bonus structure.
