We are a boutique litigation firm, seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and negotiate on client’s behalf. Our practice mainly focuses on employment litigation and personal injury.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings on behalf of clients
- Work on litigation discovery including written discovery and depositions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes and attending mediations
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- Member of the California Bar in good standing
- Interest in litigation and employment law matters
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonuses are available in addition to compensation.
