Due to work requirements, we are seeking a Legal and Compliance Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Details are as follows:
Job Description:
- To update and systematize new legal regulations relevant to the company’s operations
- Licensing tasks for IRC, ERC, LURC; to support other departments on licensing-related matters
- To draft and review commercial contracts and other legal documents of the company
- To research and advise the company on its organization, daily operation and legal issues
- To support the preparation of Compliance training and related reports
- To take charge of administrative tasks of the Legal & Compliance Department
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Experience requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam’s legal system, especially Commercial Law, Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Civil Code, Labor Code
- Bachelor of Laws or higher
- 1-2 years experience, preferably in multinational corporation and commercial law firm
- Strong ability to read and comprehend legal documents, with logical reasoning skills
- Proficient in drafting contracts in English
- Effective communication and presentation skills; ability to explain and present clearly and coherently
- Good at MS Office
