Job Overview
A law firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney in Vienna. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense and a minimum of three years of litigation experience. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Virginia and/or Maryland.
Duties
- Represent clients in insurance defense cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings.
- Participate in litigation proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia and/or Maryland.
- Experience in insurance defense preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Bar admission in Virginia and/or Maryland.
