Associate attorneys may work remotely and your hours may be flexible. However, you are required to appear at all hearings and depositions in person.
Responsibilities
Provide legal support to clients
Maintain client relationships
Advocate for clients in court
Prepare legal reports and documents
Filing claims, motions and doing discovery
Negotiate settlements
Do whatever is necessary to help our team succeed
Meet your billable hourly requirements
Qualifications
JD
California Bar License
At least 2 – 5 Years of Experience as a Family Law Attorney
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong legal knowledge
Discovery Background a Plus
Civil Litigation Background a Plus
Bankruptcy Background a Plus
